I’m thinking about beginning a collection. Some folks know that the kind of music I listen to isn’t… universally celebrated… Actually, I’ll readily admit that its not awesome if that’s not what you’re into.
People will ask, and I start the conversation with “This isn’t music you’re going to like…”
I don’t mean that in a hipster way, I said this in a post before… Everyone is free to listen to their own!
For the UK Hardcore and DnB scene, the producers of the music are very close to the top of the labels. I like to buy my music from these guys, since they’re not doing it for the fame. There are two series, one is called Bonkers and the other is Clubland X-Treme Hardcore. There are a bunch of these, 19 Bonkers and 9 Clublands, in all. I might try to make a collection.
In other news, I started reading Thou Shall Prosper (not a referral link) by Rabbi Daniel Lapin. Its a pretty neat book, so far. Talks about the Jewish stance on money and wealth, as well as leadership and business.
